1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product should not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or made-to-order products

Innerwear or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

Accessories (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos and your order number via email or WhatsApp.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You may be required to share your bank details.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues (subject to availability).

Exchange request must be placed within 7 days.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
